Job Title: Electronic Monitoring Technician
Location: Tampa Bay Monitoring
Tampa Bay Monitoring, a local industry leader, is currently seeking a full-time Electronic Monitoring Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for the application of ankle monitors and administration of alcohol breath devices to our clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Application and removal of ankle monitoring devices.
• Administration and setup of alcohol breath devices.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding device usage and compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot monitoring equipment as required.
• Record accurate and detailed client interactions and technical interventions.
Essential Qualifications:
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical aspects in a clear, concise manner.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not a requirement.
